Wedding bands made of gold and meteorite

Wedding rings handmade by a certified master goldsmith.

This meteorite ring set is made of steel meteorite, distinguished by its extraordinary structure and durability, and the finest 14K gold certified by the Swiss Metal Control Office.

The rings were cut out of a single meteorite fragment, then folded, scolded and covered in 14K gold heated up to high temperature allowing the two metals to merge.

These wedding bands were designed for anybody who seeks for something alternative, original and handcrafted.

Every single artwork manufactured by Galeria Derecki is handmade and unique – there will be no identical copies of the rings you see on the pictures above nor the ones you’ll receive.

Nebulae are interstellar clouds of dust, hydrogen, helium, and other ionized gases that are the birthplace of stars and planetary systems. These clouds are often filled with complex patterns and shapes, created by the intense radiation and gravity of the forming stars. The colors of nebulae can range from red and orange to blue and purple, depending on the gases and dust present in the cloud.

The intricate patterns and colors of nebulae have been used as inspiration for black meteorite wedding rings with inlaid gold.  The meteorite is cut, polished and then treated with a special process to make it black.

The rings are then forged with a hammer to create unique, organic shapes that mimic the natural patterns found in nebulae. The black meteorite is then inlaid with gold to create a striking contrast between the dark meteorite and the shining gold. The combination of the natural patterns of the meteorite with the intricate shapes created by hammering and the inlayed gold creates a unique, one-of-a-kind ring that is perfect for a special occasion like a wedding.

These rings are often considered a unique and special piece of jewelry, as they are handcrafted and the suitable meteorite used is rare and hard to come by. The meteorite and the hammering process give the rings a unique look which makes them special and impossible to replicate.
