FAQ

Is it possible to change the size of the product I purchased?

Yes, it is. Adjusting the size of the ring shouldn’t be a problem for your local jeweler, but we also recommend using our services (for example by mailing us the ring for adjustment).

Why can it take up to a month or two to manufacture the product?

All of our products are handmade and most of them are made to order allowing us to create the work accordingly to the desired sizes and preferences. Some processes required in the manufacturing process can take up to several days. Another factor is the number of orders received at the time – the products are made in the order of purchase.

Can you use other kinds of gold?

Of course. Apart from 14K gold with an appealing, “yellow” color, which is the most popular, our clients can also choose white gold, rose gold or 18K gold.

How can I be sure that the materials used are authentic and of the highest quality?

The gold used to craft our jewelry is certified to contain the highest quality of components by the Swiss Metal Control Office.

The meteorites are mostly purchased from the International Meteorite Collectors Association (IMCA) or Polish Meteorite Association (PTM).

Ancient coins, roman glass, and artifacts were purchased in auction houses in Western Europe and Israel.

Is this jewelry for everyone?

Our jewelry is definitely created for everybody. In case of allergies to the materials used (such as gold or nickel) please send us a message – we are usually able to work out an alternative.

Do you make jewelry for custom orders?

Yes, most of our jewelry is made to order allowing our clients to express their expectations beforehand. Contact us if you have anything in particular in mind.

Do you make silver jewelry?

No. The material we use most commonly is gold. We do, however, make models of jewelry that include elements made of silver.
